Elevate Light Co offers shipping within the contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to international destinations or to P.O. boxes. Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow tracking numbers at least 24 hours to update.

Please keep in mind, every order requires at least 3 business days of processing time before it leaves our warehouse.

Also note that the shipping time estimate displayed at checkout does not include this processing time, and is an estimate, meaning it is not guaranteed. We ship via multiple carriers depending on the shipping method selected at checkout, and we consistently see longer shipping times than expected due to volume, so please account for that extra shipping time as well.

We cannot guarantee the delivery times if there is a delay that is the result of unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances, such as a typo or issue with the shipping address you’ve submitted, poor weather conditions, backlogs at the post office, etc. Packages shipping internationally cannot be guaranteed due to customs, duty requirements or postal service issues that are outside of our control.
